The reasoning
Why we don't charge per seat
The big providers charge somewhere around $6 to $18 per user each month. For a team of 25 that works out to $150 to $450 a month just to move text around, and the bill keeps growing with headcount even though the cost of running the mailboxes doesn't.
Our setup runs on our own hardware in Warsaw, so adding one more mailbox mostly costs some disk space and a row in the database. That's why we price the plan around the server it runs on, not the number of people on the account.
