Getting started

This walks through joining the closed beta: requesting access, proving you own your domain, and getting your first mailboxes set up.

Before you start

  1. A domain you control, such as twojadomena.pl.
  2. Access to that domain's DNS settings (Cloudflare, OVH, Bind, Route53, or similar).
  3. An approved invitation to the closed beta.

1. Request an invitation

Access is invitation only during the beta. Fill in the , or email us directly at beta@mailed.pl, and we'll send back provisioning instructions.

2. Verify your domain

Once your request is approved, you'll get a one-time token to publish as a TXT record, so we can confirm you actually control the domain before anything is provisioned.

3. Publish your mail records

Set your MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so mail actually routes through the Warsaw gateway. The DNS records guide has the exact values and priorities to use.

4. Set up mailboxes and clients

Once the domain is verified and DNS has propagated, your mailboxes are created on our storage server in Warsaw. You'll get Argon2id-hashed credentials to use in any desktop or mobile mail client.

Next: the client setup guide covers Apple Mail, Thunderbird and Outlook over IMAP (port 993) and SMTP (port 465).
