DNS records
Publish these records with your DNS provider (Cloudflare, OVH, Bind, Route53, or similar) to route mail through the Warsaw gateway.
1. MX record
Routes incoming mail to the gateway.
| Type | Host | Priority | Target | TTL | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MX | @ | 10 | mail.mailed.pl | 3600 |
Remove old MX records pointing to your previous host before switching, so mail isn't split between two providers.
2. SPF record
Authorizes our Warsaw IP pool to send mail on behalf of your domain.
| Type | Host | Value | TTL | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TXT | @ | v=spf1 include:_spf.mailed.pl ~all | 3600 |
3. DKIM record
We sign outbound mail with a 2048-bit key managed inside our key management enclave.
| Type | Host | Value | TTL | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TXT | mail._domainkey | v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=<your public key> | 3600 |
4. DMARC record
Tells receiving servers what to do with mail that fails SPF or DKIM.
| Type | Host | Value | TTL | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TXT | _dmarc | v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; pct=100; adkim=s; aspf=s; | 3600 |
