Warsaw ingress gateway
SMTP, IMAP, TLS termination, sender checks and route-based zero-SNAT happen at mail.mailed.pl.
storage: none
location: Warsaw, PL
Closed beta, running on our own servers in Warsaw
Postfix, Dovecot and Rspamd run on hardware we own in Poland. Mailboxes, database records and signing keys stay in the same building, under Polish and EU law.
What the service does
No mystery layers between the domain and the mailbox. These are the decisions that shape the service.
The operator, servers and legal entity are in Poland. Access requests go through Polish law.
Mailboxes, database records and DKIM keys live on a separate encrypted machine with no public interface.
The gateway routes traffic without masking the source address, so Postfix and Rspamd see the real sender.
A 30-day grace period is followed by one locked purge for the database row and the Maildir on disk.
The route
The public gateway handles traffic. The vault holds mail. They are not the same place.
SMTP, IMAP, TLS termination, sender checks and route-based zero-SNAT happen at mail.mailed.pl.
Maildirs, attachments, PostgreSQL and signing material stay on a private storage node with encrypted drives.
DNS ownership is verified before provisioning. When an account is deleted, the grace period and purge process are recorded and auditable.
Open your account
The beta is manual by design. You always know who is handling the setup.
Send us your domain and an administrator address. We check network hygiene, then email you a provisioning walkthrough and DNS challenge token.
Read the system
Setup instructions, protocol settings and the reasoning behind the architecture are kept together.
Pricing
Taxes are included. The plan covers the organisation, not individual seats.
Questions
The beta is invitation only. We review every request by hand.
